Refund and Returns Policy
At SAAZION, we aim to deliver products that meet high standards of quality and comfort. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video or clear images must be provided as proof
Non-returnable items:
- Products ordered in incorrect size
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable):
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if needed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, the order may already be in processing.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
